Downloading Files

Hi, im trying to fix my aunt pc but I dont understand whats happening
everytime i try to download ANY file it wont work! I dont know whats wrong i
mean i try to download firefox and i get the download window it downloads it
but then the window disappears and! pum theres no file I try to search it
with windows and the file is not here ive tried with a lot of files now and
nothing can some1 help me with this plx? by the way my english sux i from
mexico hehe i hope u can understand me

Hello,

Try browsing to the folder that you saved it to in Explorer and
clicking "Show compatability files" on the toolbar.

If you try to download a file to a protected folder, it will be put in
the hidden "compatabiltiy" area.

Hello! umm the folder is not protected and well I've tried to download it in
many folders and nothing happens

Tell your browser to set a specific download folder to download files
to.
