Downloading of itunes on home p.c.

I'm follwoing instructions from apple about down loading itunes, which worked
fine on old p.c. with MS XP Home edition basic. But on new p.c, with vista
home edition platinum it won't let me download itunes and error message
saying to contact administrator.

Please help as whole purpose of buying new p.c. was for additional memory
for ipod.

Download the iTunes 7.6 file, then right-click on the file
and select "Run as administrator"
