I have attempted to download the Office 2003 SP3 three times (at ca. 108 MB a
try) from the update website. Each time the download fails when it has
retrieved all the file.
I have even tried to download the free-standing update exectuable (at ca.
117 MB). This was interesting, as the package was not digitally signed
(unknown publisher), and when I ran it, it complained: "Extracting file
failed. It is most likely caused by low memory (low disk space for swapping
file) or corrupted Cabinet file." I have 100s of GBs free on my drive, so it
must be a corrupt CAB file.
Is there a known problem with this update, or must I continue to tryto
download this file until I receive it unbroken?
