I'm trying to download Quicktime with Vista Home Premuim but keep getting the
message "System Administrator has set polies to prevent installation." Any
clue how to fix this?

Thanks!!

Try installing it as a part of iTunes?

Sometimes you can get around installation problems by clicking on the
download, then when you get the box that says Run or Save, instead of Save,
click on Run, then Run again. If that doesn't do it for you, you likely have
problems with install/uninstall debris which must be cleaned up or perhaps
you require some elements of Vista repair. Please see the following tutorial.

scout, I personally try to avoid quicktime from apple, and I use the very
good "QUICKTIME ALTERNATIVE"
this actually uses the same exact codecs from the original quicktime, it
installs in all browsers, but does not have the bloat of the stupid player,
instead it has a lean small and fast player (called media player classic)

download it here
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...lternative.htm

this will also enable you to view MOV (quicktime videos) inside Media player
11

Tell me if this helps!
