downloading SP4 for Windows 2000

When I try to download SP4 for WIndows 2000, I get a message that says that
there is another download already in progress. The first time I tried to
download this service pack, I got disconnected and lost it. When I tried
again after reconnecting, I got this message. I can't find the one that is
still in progress. How do I resolve this issue.--
