We are having the exact problem. Are you in an Active Directory
environment? I have narrowed the problem down to that. Spent about an hour
and a half on the phone with MS, and they had no clue. Check your services.
The BITS on my computers will not start... at all. Errors out. If machine
is not on domain, everything works great. I'm guessing it must be a global
policy that is doing it, I just cant figure out which one. Any one have any
ideas?
