Downloading Windows Update

Is there a way to download the updates so that i can have them all in a cd or
several cds, this is the thing, i work in the soppourt area and after we
install a CPU whit XP it takes almost all day to download all the KB. And we
think that the problem is bandwith, since there are more than 500 computers
conected to the internet.

Install a WUS server info at: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/wsus/default.aspx
