I have had the exact same problem and have spent in excess of 6 hours on the
phone with 4 different Microsoft techs to no avail. I was told that there
must be a firewall/file left from McAfee (which I had deleted) which is
causing problem. I've gone through my system to delete all McAfee files, but
still have same problem. One tech had told me not to bother with the service
2 pack. Now, after deleting all of my McAfee, I have to go and purchase with
updated firewall. To heck with pack 2. I only hope that this will not create
issues down the road with further updates from Microsoft.
Anyone else have this problem and able to resolve?
