I have been dealing with Quicken Starter 2008 and trying to download
my tranactions from my bank. Quicken has been no help and I spent the
afternoon on the phone with the on line bank services. The problem
I'm having after following everyones directions about disabling pop
ups, cleaning temp files and cookies and still get the message across
the top bar "to help protect your security Internet Explorer (I have
IE7)has blocked this site from downloading file to your computer" I
click on options, then download and it sends me back to an error
message - system errors, no format selected. I start all over and
just keep going in circles.

I have vista premium. Where do I turn next? I'm ready to tear my
hair out over this. I'm not the greatest computer wiz but I just
cannot figure this one out. Anyone know what to do or who to
contact? My many thanx!

You have to import it into Quicken after you download it. It doesn't show
automatically after you download it - at least it doesn't in the 2005
version
I'm using.
