Downloads are ok, but cant install

All update files download properly, but none will install, all fail.
troubleshooter just comes up blank on everything I type in. Anyone out there
have a solution to this problem? I have turned off all firewalls (even
though this should be a downloading issue rather than an installing issue),
but still no success on installing the downloaded updates.

Yeah, same problem here. I've got my third trouble ticket underway now,
waiting for a response tonight I hope. Starting to get a little scared, plus
I need driver updates. Ginger, did you have some info on this... you posted
but didn't comment.

Really need some help.Please give some info if someone know the solution...
