RH

When you select a location to download a file and you only want it to appear
in your own personal folders, you need to download the file to a folder
located in your own user account folders.

The folders under C:\Users\your user name\ are your personal folders.

If you download a file to a folder under C:\Users\Public\ the file will
appear in 'All Users' folders.
