Double click that email in your drafts folder. Now it is an active email
and you can add to it or just Send it.

I'm still puzzled by how the drafts folder works in Windows Live Mail 2011.
In earlier versions, I saved messages (whilst I was in the process of
drafting them - that's what 'drafts' means, yes?) in the drafts folder, then
clicked on the message later on, when I was ready to continue drafting.
However, when I do this in WLM 2011, the message opens like an already-read
message - I can't continue editing (drafting) it, unless I copy it into a
new message. What am I doing wrong? Surely that whole point of a drafts
folder is the ability to do that?
