drag and drop from the host to the guest
does not work any more. Any ideas, Please?

Can you provide some details? i.e. what are you using Hyper-V,
VPC2007, WinVPC, Virtual Server, etc?
Host OS, guest OS, etc?

I am using Microsoft Virtual PC 2007
Parent/Host OS= Windows Vista Business SP2
Child/Guest OS = Windows XP SP3
