Dragging with large icon

Can anyone tell me how I prevent the large, semi-transparent icon that shows
when I drag a file or folder using the Windows Vista theme. I find it
irritating and of no value. Just the
name will do fine - the same as you get when using Windows Classic.

I'm running Vist Home Premium
