Dream Scene pauses when windows are maximised on multiple monitors

I have a dual monitor setup - Dell 9400 Laptop with an external 19 inch
Monitor. i use Dual View from the 7900GS card to extend the desktop. Dream
Scene looks great!

But when I maximise a window on either screen DreamScene pauses! I can
understand to save CPU it should hide the update on the window with the scene
covered but not on the second screen! Anyone found a workaround or is this a
bug?

If its a bug, can I find out if its been identified and if not, how do I
report it?
