DreamScene does not restart after minimizing full screen windows

Hi,
I'm new in this forum. I have a question for you.
I set a .wmv video as DreamScene wallpaper. It works correctly.
When I open something in full screen mode (e.g. browser windows)
dreamscene pause: I know it's right.
But when I minimize or close browser window, dreamscene wallpaper
remains paused.
I set to High Performance in Dreamscene settings in power settings, but
the problem is present.
How can I restart the wallpaper? Or, can I set dreamscene to do
animated wallpaper even if I open a full screenn window?

Please help me.

Have you tried right-clicking on the desktop and clicking play Dreamscene

yes, but if I right-click there is still the voice "Pause Windows
DreamScene", so I think that dreamscene is in play mode. If I pause and
then play using right-click, video remains does not restart

just a mark: I noticed that, if start any application, video wallpape
restart...
I would video ever played :-( please help m

Yes man the things u r saying absolutely right i am facing same kind of
problem and no one even bother to solve it even i searched google very
deeply but no answer may b when most of people will face this kind of
problem then solution will come wait?
