DreamScene may not be refreshing Desktop after a file save to desk

I have DreamScene running on my desktop.
I downloaded a .pdf file and saved to desktop.
The downloaded file did not appear as an icon on desktop.
The downloaded file was present in the desktop when viewed in an Explorer
window.
By right-clicking on desktop and selecting "Refresh" the icon for the
downloaded file finally appeared.

Its still in testing, so thats probably a bug.
