Dreamscene will not launch

I have downloaded and installed Dreamscene from Windows Updates. I am
obviously running Vista Ultimate. When I select one of the videos as my
dektop it does not change. It basically accepts the click on setting it as
my background but then nothing happens. I continue to see my old desktop
background image. Can someone help me please?

This is my current video card: Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family
224 Mb

I also have 3gb of memory so I would assume that is not the reason I cannot
get it to work.

One more good thing to know is that Aero DOES run just fine with my current
video card
