Dreamscene "STILL" not available for me... tried to install Leak

It's been over a month. I still can't download Dreamscene. I've deleted my
SoftwareDistrubution folder and restarted the Windows Update service and the
only thing i still see is the "15" Language updates which i do not want.

I did try to install the Preview before from the leak. So I assume thats why
it doesn't let me re-download it. Because it believes it was installed. Which
it wasnt, the leak failed to install with some bogus error.

Anyone know what exactly I need to delete to get to download Dreamscene from
Windows Update?
