Dreamscene on Vista Ultimate

has it been removed .. I can't seem to find it. it won't show up either
Windows Update nor the Desktop Background CP. I recall installing it a few
days ago as I reinstalled Vista

you can go to the programs and features, then see if its listed in the
windows features

you can then uninstall it and then re-install it from windows update

Uninstall all three DreamScene components, shut down your computer and turn
it back on again, then re-check for Windows Updates. That did the trick for
me.
