Hello,

I have Vista Ultimate installed. It works flawlessly,
however I have a Dreamscene update that keeps
popping up in Windowsupdate. I try to install it, it appears to
be successful but at the next winupdate, it will appear again :-0

How do I fix it?

Regards

Hi Jurij:
1.Please go to Computer>Local Disk(C)>Windows>Web>Windows DreamScene and
tell me if you have 8 video files numbered 1337, 1999, 8896,8897, 8898, 8899,
9898, and 9899. If any number is missing let me know.
2.Also if your copy of Vista Ultimate was installed early this year 2007.

Thanks,

Efrain

EfraĆ*n:
I am having the same problem as Jurij. I have all 8 video files in the
specified directory, and my copy of Vista Ultimate x64-Upgrade was installed
shortly after the consumer launch in February.

Hi Juriy and Bryan:
Read the instructions at the end of the following post:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...5653d9bbd9&p=1

Remove the DreamScene downloaded updates KB933713, KB931133, and KB941236,
one by one in this specific order. Let Windows Update reinstall them. Your
video card should support high-definition video.

Hi,

I have a similar problem - I did see the update and install them. However,
another update (display driver update) meant I had to restore my PC and they
were gone. I installed the other normal (important and recommended) updates
from Windows Update - however, there is nothing in Ultimate Extras.

Help would really be appreicated.

Thanks.
