You essentially have two options:
(1) Purchase a larger hard drive and clone your existing drive onto it using
Norton Ghost (or another cloning program).
(2) Delete some unneeded data from your existing drive.
Your problem has nothing to do with memory (RAM). You're literally running
out of hard disk space. You see exactly how much space you're using,
double-click the 'My Computer' icon on your desktop (or in your Start Menu),
then right-click on the C drive and choose Properties. You'll then see a pie
chart of the drive usage.
