I found a possible solution but i dont know hot to use it
Method One
1. Remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values completely from the
following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

2. Restart your computer.

how do i get to that registry key i pull up command prompt and all it
says is C:\users\brad\ i am computer braindead and dont know what i'm
doing really please help
