I was able to fix mine. My problem started happening when I installe
Roxio's Photosuite 5. None of the fixes I found on Roxio's, Dell's
etc., website worked. Here's what I did:
1) Open Windows Explorer
2) Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers
3) Right-click anywhere on the headings (where it says "Name", "Dat
modified", "Type", "Size", etc.)
4) Click "More..." on the popup menu
5) Click to check "Company"
6) A new column will be added to Explorer's list called "Company"
7) Click on "Company" heading to sort by Company.
8) Cut-and-paste all files with Company "Roxio" somewhere else lik
maybe c:\temp
9) Reboot.
10) If the message disappears, you can probably delete the files yo
copied on c:\temp
