Do you have a sound card? Can you hear the Windows System Sounds? Like the
jingles at start-up and shut-down of Windows? Have you installed any kind of
player? Windows Media Player, or Winamp, iTunes? Have you ever heard a sound
out of your PC, more than a beep? What has your retailer to say about it?
What was it that you purchased? You need to give more data.
