driver error ode 19

Hi...I am trying to get my Uniden phone hooked up to my puter, but in the
devise manager it shows a "yellow!"
I get a code 19 error message.
I have updated and un-installed etc. Seems my registry needs to be fixed.
I've had the same problems recently with my cd disappearing. I have fixed
that.
Please help.

Hope you don't mind my saying this, but this is windowsupdate group.
With the hundreds of Black Tuesday update problems in this group, it is very
likely your thread will be ignored.
If you are running XP, you do not say, try the XP general or newuser or
basic - but as you mention a bit of hardware there is the hardware group -
perhaps a cross-post might help.
