Put that better driver back in, and this time correct the problem by
resetting your DPI to 'larger.'

Control Panel, Personalizations, see 'Tasks' pane, click "Adjust Font
size(DPI) "

Hi i have tried to update the driver under "Mobel Intel(R) 945 GM Express
Chipset Controller 0 and 1" but it says that the best driver is installed
however beside these devices is a yellow caution triangle with and
exclamation point in the middle.

You want the 'roll back driver' button at device manager, see the device
'Properties', Driver Tab.
