Driver signing not working in XP64

We have a verisign code signing certificate. We have used it for signing our 64 bit driver. We have used the signing tools from platform 2003 sdk. It works fine on Vista64 and Win7, but while installing on XP64 we get the unsigned driver dialog.

If we see the setupapi.log , we get the following message,
Error 0x800b0109: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.

What could be the problem in XP64?
