Driver Silicon Image, Inc. - Storage - ATI 4379 Serial ATA Control

Help,

The driver "Silicon Image, Inc. - Storage - ATI 4379 Serial ATA Controller"
from the Microsoft Update Site can't be installed. Also when I download the
driver from the Update Catalog it can't be installed. This happens allways
when there is a new version of this driver. The last time it was the same.

I tried to download older versions from the catalog but they all can't be
installed. The message I receive is "The name is allready in use as a service
name". It presents "IDE Controller" as name. I know that this is wrong. It
must be "ATI 4379 Serial ATA Controller". Pease fix that quick. As long I do
not have a driver for my system. And please fix the downloadable versions
from the catalog, too. BTW. the newest version is not available from the
catalog.

Strongly advise you to download any hardware driver updates from the
manufacturer's website. They will have the most current driver.
Also, do NOT attempt to install it from within IE. Save the download and
install it with all programs and browsers closed.
