Driver XML and HP COMPAQ C500 LAPTOPS

Compaq Presario C500 Laptop
Windows Vista Home Basic
Driver XML 2.0
2GB Memory

My Problem is thus, I have been using Driver XML to create recover Images
along side Acronis True Image and have noticed that while Vista allows me to
create images without kicking up a fuss, when i go to restore the image
using Driver XML it says I need to have administrative rights or a message
similar to it.

The strange thing is that when i use exactly the same CD that contains the
program no such advisory is given.

So what is going on here, any help would be great as I find Driver XML easy
to use.
