DRM folder

All fixes say to delete DRM Folder but my computer has no DRM folder.I've
done all of the recomended things but NO DRM FOLDER!!!!!!

What version of WMP and Windows? Have you set Windows Explorer to show
hidden files and folders, and to show protected operating system files?
