I had to reinstall my Windows XP operating system and now I cannot play any
of the songs I downloaded to my hard drive from various CDs via WMP without
getting the DRM license is needed.

This happened before and Neil told me how to download all the licenses at
one time using http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/...en/indivit.asp.
When I perform the security component upgrade, I get a message telling me the
upgrade was successful but I still get the DRM license is needed when I try
to play any of the music on my hard drive.

Help!!!
