Dropping URLs onto icons

I've set things up so that I can drop file icons onto a script's icon
and have the script launch., using this:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\my_filetype\ShellEx\DropHandler]
@="{86C86720-42A0-1069-A2E8- 08002B30309D}"

Is there any way I can set things up so that I can drag URLs out of my
web browser and launch the script? Thanks!

What happens when you drag the url onto the script's icons or the shortcut
from the IE address bar onto the script's icon?
