DSL connection Problem, Please help

I have DSL, when i try to connect to through internet explorer or any othe
application it doesnt work. aside from Outlook express. The network itself is
active and has a connection. but when i try and click on internet exploror.
the first time i click on it, it said do you want to work offline. i clicked
ok. and it closed out of the error and that was it. the next time i clicked
on the internet explorer icon it shower an hour glass for a second then
nothing happened. no error, or anything. If anyone has any feeback on that i
would really appriciate it. ask me questions if you need more info. ill be
here all day

Open Internet Explorer and check on the file menu to see
that Work Offline is not checked.

It sounds as though your DSL is marginal and you are not
getting a good connection.
