DST patch and KB914387

Hello
I am able to push down the latest fix 931836 to most of windows xp machines
but some machines are running windows xp sp1 and we have around 600 windows
2000 pro machines. I am planning to use the script kb914387 to all the
machines to modify the registry for dst. I need to know if the dst patch was
already applied on the machine and I also run the script on it, are there any
compatibility issues?
