Dual Boot XP/Vista sharing same docs folder - is it OK?

Hi

I plan to dual boot XP Pro/Vista Ultimate.

I have the XP "My Documents" folder on a separate partition (for easier
backup) and would want Vista to use the same location for Documents.

I currently login to XP with a password - would I need to remove the
password so Vista can read/write to the XP Documents folder?

No, but you may need to alter permissions on it so that your Vista user
account can access it.
