Dual-Boot XP/Vista Sysprep Concerns

I am attempting to create a new dual-boot image for work that would
include both XP and Vista - configured w/related software for our
companies desktop needs. I currently am stuck applying Microsoft's
new sysprep regiment to my install of Vista. I understand the new
WIAK process, but am more interested in having a re-sealed image of
Vista including 3rd party software that does not act like an OOBE
version of Vista.

The basic idea is to install XP, update, install Office and a few
other apps, sysprep and re-seal. Follow the exact same process for my
Vista install on a separate pre-created partition, then Ghost the
entire drive and push this to another 100 machines.

I would imagine this is common place as there are 100's of posts for
XP, but I am hard pressed finding any information on applying this
same practice to Vista.

Any suggestions?
