Dual monitor problems

I just installed Vista Beta 2 and am experiencing a strange problem with my
dual monitors. Monitor 1 is a 19" Samsung LCD w/digital connection, monitor 2
is a 19" Samtron 96B CRT. The monitors are hook up to a BFG GeForce 6200OC
Video card. With both monitors powered up everything works fine, but when I
turn off the power to the CRT Vista switches the display properties over to
the CRT and turns off the video to the LCD. Anyone else notice this problem?

I am runnning a sapphire x700 pcie video card and dual monitors one crt one
lcd, when my computer comes back from hibernation the extend destop onto this
monitor , the lcd, is unchecked, i am running the 64 bit vista and radeon
drivers from ati
