Ok, so i have dual monitors running. I can drag stuff to my other
monitor and everything fine. But when i try clicking an icon on my
other monitor it opens up on my main monitor. And that's just the
beginning of it. When i open up World of Warcraft my computer will lock
persay and i cannot go onto my other monitor. Anyway to fix these
problems? needs help badly....

Typically applications will open where they were last closed. Where the
shortcut exists on the desktop has no relation to where an application will
open.

That's because World of WarCraft is running in fullscreen mode, so it
captures the mouse. If you go into video options there's a setting to run
it in a window, check that and it will behave like an ordinary window.

You've got your splitter, right?

Change the positions of the monitors at the end of the splitters
(cables/connectors). Also you may try to change the monitors
primary/secondary in the Control Panel>>Display Settings or whatever.

What you experience is a normal behavior, normal in a sense that unless you
are lucky enough to set them up on install the right way, many weird things
will happen. Nothing to do with Vista. I stll have it on one of my XPs, just
do not have time to fix it.

Correcting this problem is elementary.

This is a rather timely reminder.
