Hmm, yea. That is often what I hear described as a dual tuner, ATSC, and
NTSC, but I will bet the OP was looking for one that can do two at a time.
That is, watch one while recording one. I did ask here one time if it was
conceivable to just hang two USB tuners off a box to get that capability,
and was told it would work. I wonder if Jeff is looking because he has a
laptop, or because of a small form factor PC. If the later, Hauppage does
make a half height, dual, (at the same time) tuner card. It is a single slot
PCI Express (PCIe) X1 board, half height card, the WinTV-HVR-2250. Actually
sounds like it has 4 tuners, two analog and two digital, but you only get to
use two at a time. Working fine in a Win 7 box for me. Got the latest
drivers from Hauppage, not Windows Update, and works fine.
