I might offer that, when a Sync (formerly known as 'Send and Receive' in OE)
is done and a timeout happens with respect to the mail server (as when one
has been sent a whopping big file attachment), WLM will not reattempt the
single message but ALL messages from the last fetch/sync. I had this happen
the first time last week, when some bright soul sent me a message with a 6MB
attachment, combined with a temporarily-questionable broadband connection.
