Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
mail programs, such as account corruption. As a possible quick fix,
delete that account, restart Windows Live Mail, then recreate the account.
Warning: When you delete a mail account in Windows Live Mail it deletes
all the folders and emails associated with that account, so if you want to
keep those, first copy or move them under Storage Folders.
