Duplicate Notes

I use ActiveSync 3.8 on two machines (2000 and XP). My PPC is a CE 2003 SE.
I keep getting duplicate "Notes" as I sync between the two machines. I've
deleted "Notes" entirely off all three machines and reinstalled on one of the
PCs and resync'd, but I still seem to end up with duplicates.

Anyone out there experiencing this? Any tips?

Yes, that happens to me at times, also. I reported it during the AS4.1
beta. No sign of any fixes, as of yet.
