I know that in Windows 2003 you could not have share name that was the same,
even if the shares were in different groups. Has this been resolved in
Windows 2008?

Example:
Group 1
Name VirtSvr1
Share public
\\VirtSvr1\public

Group 2
Name VirtSvr2
Share public
\\VirtSvr2\public

Thanks in Advance

Yes, it has been addressed in Win2008 and beyond

Thanks!
