DVD/CD-ROM drivers Update Problem

Hai,
First of all, there is no DVD/CD-Rom Drive apear to be available in My
Computer folder. I have check the Device Manager and I found it's already
instalt (PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-K12D) but I cannot update the driver and further
more I dont have an installation CD for it. Can some one help me to fix this
problem because since there is no DVD/CD-Rom Drive apear to be available in
My Computer, I cant even instalt any software or programme.

I forget to mention that, on the PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-K12D Properties Device
statue say "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The
driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". Please could some one help me
with this problem.

In My Computer, there is no access to your CD-ROMs.
In Device Manager, the following error message appears in connection with any

A driver for this device was not required, and has been disabled (Code 32 or
Code 31).
You may also receive an error Code 39 message that indicates that the driver is
corrupted.
Device Manager displays the following error Code 19 message, which means that
the registry returned some unknown result:
Your registry might be corrupted. (Code 19)
You may also receive the following error message:
Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find
the hardware device. (Code 41)
