Hi Dustin,
I've looked at the registry and there are no UPPER or LOWER filters in the
DVD/CD section. The circle slash is showing up under windows explorer. It
doesn't see any disk that I insert into the drive. I'm thinking that it may
have a Session of writing files stuck in it but if I insert a blank media in
the drive and tell it to burn it says there are no files to burn.
I don't know if this matters but it is Windows Vista Business.
