DVD Problems

I've have some problem regarding in DVD burner or ( E dirve ), Sometime i
insert my data disk in my DVD RW drive in( E drive ) and prompt me " burn a
disk," but it is data disk should reading a file rather to tell me to burn a
disk. and each time happened i need to restart my computer again able to
read my file. hope someones can help me........

Get yourself a decent burn software of which there are some good free ones.
Nero or Roxio are better choices, but you do have to pay for them..

Thank jerry, yeah.... in fact i using Roxio Creator, and i also call up dell
computer
for solution, (thing like upgrade software from Roxio site ) until now
problems still exist i believe problems on ( E driver ) but hardware
function all OK... ( testing from utilities disk )

I am using Roxio Studio 8 and have had NO issues with it.
