You need appropriate third part DVD ripping software for that, its not
included in Windows Vista. There are other factors to take into account such
as Digital Rights Management and Copyrights.

get the necessary software to copy it, and by they way, you might not be able
to find something like that as the DVD may be copy protected.

But seriously, just google for dvd ripping software. I'm sure you'll
find something. I'll not say what to look for, because DVD Ripping is a
grey area between breaking the law and protecting an investment.
