dvd's and windows explorer

when i put a dvd in my drive, and then i go to open it with double click in
windows explorer it says, that i don't have access or rights to that object.
but when i put music cd's in it they open perfectly fine.
can someone help me?
my pc is:
windows vista home premium greek version sp1 (including all the hotfixes and
updates)
quad core cpu
2gb ram
1000gb hdd
nvidia 8600gt
