DXDIAG and WMI gone?

So DXDIAG shows no information about my computer except for the basics but no
BIOs, processor chipset or w/e Its not their.

Next my windows management instrumation software is gone. I followed these
steps

yet nothing is wrong.

Core 2 Duo E6420
2GB DDR2 667
8800GT

Vista Home Premium 32bit

please help!
